GATE Toppers 2025 list was released by IIT Roorkee. List contains branches name, candidates name who have scored All India Rank(AIR) 1, their Raw mark and GATE Score (out of 1000). Rahul Kumar Singh, CSE Candidate, have scored 100 out of 100 and topped all the branches while JATIN PAL, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, have scored 52.33 out of 100 lowest marks in GATE Exam 2025. Both candidates have score highest rank branch wise with AIR 1 rank.
